Assistant to Chef
We’re looking for a dedicated, reliable and efficient person to support our Chef in the kitchen.
Part-time position, including replacement during Executive Chef’s vacations as well as weekends, approx. 15-20 hours a week, May - October. Option to prolong into winter.
Duties include food preparation, cooking full menu, preparing multi-course meals for events, keeping track of inventory, writing orders, ensure proper food storage and personal as well as general hygiene.
Ideal candidate has some experience in a kitchen environment, is able to work efficiently under pressure and excels in a small team. Reliability, punctuality and personal hygiene are crucial, as well as flexibility and the willingness to execute other tasks as well, such as serving, cleaning and collecting payments through electronic system.
