Born and raised in Switzerland and a Chef by trade, Bruno moved to Canada 18 years ago to follow the Call of the Wild. He spent two summers in the Yukon, before moving to BC where he has owned and operated a couple of rural restaurants and managed the kitchen at a high end heli-skiing resort. He's now back in the Yukon and enjoys the Northern lifestyle. He puts a smile on every diner's face with his hearty and lovingly prepared creations.

A Yukoner by heart and a sunbird in the past few years, Deborah is taking care of or guests in the dining room during the summer. She has outstanding service skill and an entire career of experience, which she now provides to our guests. Deborah is a walking tourist information and her cheerful personality brightens every room she enters. Already successful business owners in the Yukon, Sarah & Gebhard have taken on the management contract for Southern Lakes Resort. Both are outdoor enthousiasts and their careers have been focused on tourism and hospitality management from the very beginning. After several stations in the industry both in Europe and Asia, Sarah & Gebhard have chosen the Yukon to be their home and workplace, where they enjoy to show people the beauty and the vastness of the Territory. Together with Bruno, they ensure that all our guests receive high quality service and enjoy a memorable Yukon experience.
