Bruno Dietrich
Executive Chef
Born and raised in Switzerland and a Chef by trade, Bruno moved to Canada 18 years ago to follow the Call of the Wild. He spent two summers in the Yukon, before moving to BC where he has owned and operated a couple of rural restaurants and managed the kitchen at a high end heli-skiing resort. He’s now back in the Yukon and enjoys the Northern lifestyle. He puts a smile on every diner’s face with his hearty and lovingly prepared creations.
Deborah Storey
Chef de Service
A born and raised Yukoner, Deborah is taking care of or guests in the dining room. She has outstanding service skills and an entire career of experience in the food service industry, which she is more than happy to put to use here at the Resort. Always on the move and covering busy events just as well as taking a minute to chat with new arrivals, Deborah is a walking tourist information and her cheerful personality brightens every room she enters. Make sure to ask her about the best secret spots to visit during your stay at Southern Lakes Resort.
